Staying at the hotel felt like being in a lively train station canteen with many guests, but the rooms were surprisingly spotless and super comfortable. However, the noise from other guests and cleaning staff was a bit overwhelming at times.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very clean and excellent with two large comfortable double beds and a spacious bathroom, but they didn't meet the expected standards of cleanliness, and they felt a bit small for the size of the hotel. The staff service was a bit of a hit and miss, with some not being too friendly when we couldn't speak fluent Mandarin, while others like Alan were exceptionally helpful and courteous throughout. The location was simply great, being very convenient and especially good for travelers to other cities in Taiwan due to its proximity to the MRT and High-Speed Railway station but had a hiccup of being directed to the wrong destination. The dining experience had its drawbacks, with somewhat limited and boring choices, and the facilities were fine overall.

My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The location right next to the metro station made exploring so easy. Unfortunately, the language barrier affected my interaction with some of the staff, but overall, it was a satisfying experience.
