Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms were very spacious and comfortable, sparkling clean, and super comfy. While it felt crowded at times, the service was friendly and attentive. The location was great with easy access to transportation, but a bit noisy due to the bustling surroundings. The dining options were good but basic. Overall, a clean and comfortable stay with friendly service and a convenient location.
For our 1 year relationship anniversary, the hotel proved to be a cozy and spacious accommodation with neat and clean rooms furnished with robes, slippers, a good coffee maker, and a well-supplied bathroom including Japanese-style toilet. The large bath was a delightful addition; however, the dining options turned out to be quite repetitive and expensive.
My stay at the hotel was an incredible experience. The rooms were impeccably clean, very big, and extremely comfortable. The service was exceptional, especially Alan who was very helpful during my stay. The location was great, just a short walk to both the bus and train stations. The dining experience was amazing with a wide variety of delicious foods. Overall, a fantastic stay with a few minor considerations.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were exceptional, and the hotel is conveniently located right next to a metro station. The service was excellent with helpful and professional staff. The location is extremely convenient, being right beside the Banqiao train station, making transportation easy. However, the dining options were a bit limited, and the variety became repetitive after a while.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, although having the wardrobe in the bathroom felt a bit odd for a business stay. They were well cleaned, including the sheets, bath towels, and bathroom. The service provided was top-notch, with very friendly and professional staff who even changed my room type upon request. The location was great, close to a metro station and only a few stops away from attractions, although I was surprised that the hotel didn't announce a maintenance closure on their website. The dining options were good, offering an excellent choice of Asian and Western cuisine, though the cost per person didn't quite match the quality. The facilities were satisfactory, including services like room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, welcome drinks, and tours/ticket assistance.
Staying at the hotel felt like being in a lively train station canteen with many guests, but the rooms were surprisingly spotless and super comfortable. However, the noise from other guests and cleaning staff was a bit overwhelming at times.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very clean and excellent with two large comfortable double beds and a spacious bathroom, but they didn't meet the expected standards of cleanliness, and they felt a bit small for the size of the hotel. The staff service was a bit of a hit and miss, with some not being too friendly when we couldn't speak fluent Mandarin, while others like Alan were exceptionally helpful and courteous throughout. The location was simply great, being very convenient and especially good for travelers to other cities in Taiwan due to its proximity to the MRT and High-Speed Railway station but had a hiccup of being directed to the wrong destination. The dining experience had its drawbacks, with somewhat limited and boring choices, and the facilities were fine overall.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were incredibly spacious, always clean and tidy, and equipped with convenient amenities like two washbasins, a bathtub, a large shower, a small coffee machine, and a kettle. The location right next to the metro station made exploring so easy. Unfortunately, the language barrier affected my interaction with some of the staff, but overall, it was a satisfying experience.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly spacious and always clean, equipped with robes, slippers, a hairdryer, good coffee maker, and a well-supplied bathroom with a Japanese style toilet, nice large bath, and a good shower. The water features added a nice touch to the overall room experience. However, the dining options left a bit to be desired as the variety seemed rich at first but ended up being repetitive after a couple of days.
The hotel had a few issues, with the wardrobe in the bathroom and some Air-conditioning problems, but overall, it was a nice stay. The staff were friendly, especially Jason at check-in, but some were indifferent. The location was very convenient for travel but a bit far from central Taipei. The dining experience was good with a wide selection of choices, and the facilities were fine.
The hotel is conveniently located near transportation hubs with easy access to central Taipei. The rooms were clean and well-kept, albeit a bit stuffy at times. The service was exceptional, especially from the courteous staff. The dining experience varied in quality but was generally satisfactory. The facilities were adequate, although there were some minor issues with cleanliness.
The hotel offers exceptional rooms furnished with robes, slippers, a hairdryer, and a good coffee maker. The bathroom is well-supplied with all necessary toiletries, lots of towels, spare toothbrush, and features a Japanese-style toilet, good shower, and a nice large bath. Water availability is prompt for the next guest. However, the hotel did not announce the temporary closure for maintenance on their website.
I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and well-equipped with thoughtful amenities, although the design of having the wardrobe in the bathroom was a bit peculiar. The service was exceptional, with courteous and helpful staff providing top-notch service. The location was convenient with easy access to transportation but lacked proper maintenance communication. The dining experience offered a wide selection but felt repetitive after a couple of days. Overall, a comfortable and welcoming hotel with some minor room for improvement.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, although spacious, had a funny smell resembling a toilet, which wasn't pleasant. On the bright side, the service was extremely helpful and the location was convenient being right across the MRT and High-Speed Railway station.
